Top Beer List – My Opinion
I consume beer as often as I am allowed, however I don’t go crazy on it, I’m not an alcoholic, I’m a beer lover, the difference is worlds apart. Unlike most, I enjoy alcohol-free beer quite a lot, even more than normal ones on occasion. It’s not that bad and it has the same taste minus the chance of getting drunk. Let’s start the list with the classic ale on the top beer list and we’ll go from there.
1. American Pale Ale
Like any man, I love a good drink, Pale Ale is my go-to drink during harsh times (like stubbing your toes into furniture). Its aid during these times is the reason it gets the number one spot on my list but deciding was not as easy as you might think.
2. Sierra Nevada Pale Ale
Well, would you look! The second place happens to be another pale ale, what a great coincidence. The most ironic thing in this is the fact that I had my first Sierra Nevada Pale Ale during an actual trip to a friends house, he lives in Carson City, Nevada.
3. Moon Man
Definitely not as popular as my first two choices but it gives you one hell of a buzz! It’s a citric beer type that comes in six packs and should only be consumed if you are one hundred percent sure you ain’t driving anywhere tonight.
4. Alaskan Amber
Straight from the heart of Alaska, not as cold as you expect it to be however. In my opinion this drink is best served cold (like revenge!). I also like to throw in a few ice cubes from time to time just to enhance that coldness during the hot summer months.
5. Brooklyn Insulated Dark Lager
This beverage contains 5.6% alcohol which is quite higher than your average beer, still it doesn’t beat the Moon Man, not by a long shot. I like to drink this when I’m out with friends, having a barbecue or just plan to have a relaxed after-noon on my couch watching NFL.
6. Big Hole Brewing Company Mythical White
Took me a while to learn the whole name, but man, was it worth it. The Mythical White is the peak performance of alcohol based drinks. It contains an astounding 7% alcohol and it will knock you out in an instant, or two pints of beer for the casuals.
7. Brooklyn Lager
Last but definitely not least, the Brooklyn Lager is a lager drink made for those looking to experience something new in terms of drinking. It has a surprisingly sweet taste and it gets the job done on many occasions.
